Mr. Vinod K Tripathi comes with over 40 years of experience in various fields including taxation, finance, administration, textiles, real estate and renewable energy. He served as Commissioner of Income Tax; his last posting was in Mumbai. He also served as Managing Director of National Textiles Corporation (Maharashtra South and Gujarat) and President and Group Director at Reliance Capital Limited. He also worked as auditor at the office of The Comptroller and Auditor General of India. Earlier, he taught Political Science at Ewing Christian College, Allahabad now renamed at Prayagraj. He is a sports enthusiast, a philanthropist and a poet with three books to his credit.

Suchit is a Mainstream Impact Investor taking established products, services, and technology to growth markets such as India. Climate change is a focal issue that he is passionate about, and is focused on promoting businesses that support sustainability. Suchit's vision of rolling out a chain of carbon net zero hotels using 3D Volumetric construction technology has resulted into “Modulex”. A company, which will aid the rapid roll out of hotels across target markets. He is also a founding shareholder of the company.

Mrs. Indira Bhargava, belongs to the 1970 batch of Indian Revenue Service. She was the third woman Chairperson of Central Board of Direct Taxes, Government of India. In yesteryears, she held the position of Member (investigation) at Central Board of Direct Taxes. Prior to-that, she was also Chief Commissioner of Income Tax (Mumbai).
